Shipping

We ship across the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of purchase, Monday to Friday.

UK delivery is free on orders of £40 and over. Orders under £40 are charged from £4.99, sent via Royal Mail or Dpd.

All adhesives and bonders are packed in protective packaging to arrive in perfect condition. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact us at minkedbyjey@gmail.com and we will investigate with the courier.

We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch, not from the order date. Once dispatched, deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or Dpd and tracking is provided. If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, contact us at minkedbyjey@gmail.com and we will resolve it with the courier on your behalf. Claims for lost parcels can be raised once the courier confirms loss or after 7 working days without tracking movement. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate; we cannot refund orders delivered successfully to the address provided.
