Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch, including where a product has been mispriced, is out of stock, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.

Pricing and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we are not obliged to supply at the incorrect price.

Professional use
Our products are professional-use lash adhesives and bonders intended for trained lash technicians. It is the purchaser's responsibility to use products in line with their training, patch test clients as standard, and follow the storage, humidity, temperature and application guidance printed on each product label. Product performance depends on correct storage and working conditions; products used outside the recommended ranges are not considered faulty.

Delivery
Delivery is described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate; we cannot refund orders delivered successfully to the address provided.

Returns and refunds
Your cancellation and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses arising from use of products contrary to their labelling or training requirements, business losses, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the Lash Lab name, logos, product names, images and text, belongs to us and may not be used without written permission.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections of the law of the country you live in.
